Warren H. Krueger, III
Warren H. Krueger practices primarily in civil litigation with a focus on employment, health, and business law. He has represented clients in a range of matters from negotiations to litigation. Mr. Krueger understands and appreciates his clients’ concerns when facing legal issues such as litigation, or when navigating the maze of state or federal laws when structuring a transaction. Recognizing that every legal issue is unique, Mr. Krueger takes a pragmatic approach to reaching his clients’ goal in an efficient manner.
Mr. Krueger is a frequent writer in his practice fields. Most recently, he co-authored an article about enforcement of physician non-competition agreements. He has also presented on employers’ rights under Michigan’s Medical Marijuana Act.
Before joining Loomis, Mr. Krueger clerked for the Honorable Thomas S. Eveland in the 56th Circuit Court. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Michigan State University, and his Juris Doctorate from the DePaul University College of Law. Mr. Krueger is a member of the American Bar Association Litigation Section, the American Health Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Michigan Health Care Law and Business Law Sections, and is a board member of the Ingham County Bar Association – Young Lawyers Section. Mr. Krueger is licensed to practice in Michigan, and has been admitted to the bar for the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
