Warren T. Dean focuses his practice on representing developers of affordable housing utilizing federal tax credits, as well as HUD, USDA and state lending programs. He has extensive experience with the organization and tax-exempt designation of non-profit organizations.
Mr. Dean has served as an assistant clinical professor at the University of Michigan Law School and Wayne State University Law School. He has also served as the Director of Real Estate Development for Habitat for Humanity Detroit.
Mr. Dean is a graduate of Stanford Law School and holds a Master of Science Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin.
