McKenna S. Rivers is is an attorney handling matters in energy, environmental, employments, and business and commercial law. Prior to joining the Loomis Law Firm, Ms. Rivers served as an environmental geoscientist for an environmental consulting company. During her time in law school, Ms. Rivers worked as a Law Clerk at an engineering firm in North Dakota assisting in employment matters and corporate policies. She also worked as a compliance intern for the Office of Audit, Risk and Compliance at Michigan State University. Ms. Rivers attended Michigan State University College of Law. In law school, Ms. Rivers served as Senior Articles Editor for the Animal and Natural Resource Law Review Editorial Board. She also served as Vice President of MSU College of Law Women’s Law Caucus. Ms. Rivers holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geoscience from Michigan State University. Ms. Rivers is admitted to practice in Michigan and is a member of the Michigan Association of Professional Landmen (MAPL) and the Michigan Oil and Gas Association (MOGA). She grew up in Southwest Michigan and now lives in Lansing.
